We know that it’s often when you most need help that you can’t afford it, so to support smaller arts organisations in particular, we are currently offering one-day or half-day support services.
These offer a swift and economical way of working with clients that are not currently able to invest in a long-term bespoke package. Our collective experience across the cultural sector allows us to cast a detailed eye over your organisation and make a quick and focussed evaluation of your needs and potential, as well as offer practical, strategic recommendations on how best to move the organisation forward and help you tackle your short-term challenges - whether they been in fundraising, campaign development, sponsorship or project management.
How the day works
Prior to the sessions we will work to plan a structured day, asking the right people the right questions at the right time.
For full day we will get started at 10:00am and finish around 5:30pm.
A half-day can be taken in the morning or afternoon, whatever suits you.
This day is all about offering you the best value for money and providing you with useful recommendations for you to best move forward. So whilst it is intensive it is also carefully structured. We won’t drain you of all your energy and we make sure to get the most out of you. Our friendly and intimate Soho offices offer a perfect environment to discuss important issues.
A few days after the session we will present you with a document that will include an evaluation of your current situation as well as pointers and recommendations to take you forward.
Who is it for?
This service is aimed at small to medium sized organisations without the budget to invest in a large scale piece of work but that need some instant external advice on how to tackle immediate challenges.
How much will it cost?
A full day session in our friendly and intimate Soho offices will start at £1000 and half a day will start at £500. This doesn’t just include the time here but also a days worth of research and preparation as well as a day of writing up an evaluation and recommendation report.
